[nsp] ta-switching / ip cef/ load-balancing issue per-packet/per-destin ation

i am running tag switching with 7200 vxrs and npe-400.
when i extend a vpn to a 2600 router, connecting the vxr on a 4 port serial
using ppp/frame-relay i get this message.

have you experienced this error & thankful if you have a solution.
