[nsp] GE-IP module interoperability

I'm thingking about using the GigE module out of a GE-IP in a 7204VXR. The
GE-IP is a PA-GE built into a VIP2, but I'm not sure the PA-GE module pulled
out of the GE-IP will work as a stand-alone port adapter. Has anyone done
this?
