My experience with 12.2-13 has not been good at all. Lots of
software forced crashes and other odd bugs. But to answer your question
you are running 12.2-13 from what you pasted in.
12.2-13 = 12.2(13)
System returned to ROM by power-on could mean that you have power
problems (APC bad maybe?). Check your 'boot system *' line in your
config. do a 'show file system' and make sure you have pointed your
'boot system *' at the correct file.
