[nsp] RPF on Catalyst 6k

Hi,
As I understand form Cisco doc. The 6K can hold 256K entries of IPv4 CIDR in 
2 TCAM. This is the CEF.
How much does a CIDR entry takes? one TCAM row - 64 bits /32 bits

If the RPF is enabled the capacity is reduced by half.
Do you know why?
Does the CEF structure actually changes?
Is it because of performance?
