Using uRPF checks reduces the usable size of the CEF table to half of
the original - this applies equally to 7600, since a 7600 is basically
just a 6500 (Sup2/MSFC2/PFC2) with at least one OSM.

This is the reason we're not using uRPF checks on our 7600s.
