[nsp] out-discard

Need help identifying root cause of out-discards on a cat 6500 port, the port is a GIGE uplink to a GSR. There are no problems, however, the discarded packets do accumulate. Cisco docs define out-discards as packets that do not have errors but do not need to be switched. What packets would
fit this crieria ?
