Cisco reports this as CSCDU06914.
First Found-in Version 12.1(5)T, 12.0(14)S01
Log file reports %IP-3-DESTHOST src=x.x.x.x, dst=0.0.0.0, NULL desthost
along with a Process and tracebacks.

We started to see this message a few days ago. It logs about 2 to 3 times a
day during off hours. Usually early morning. We do not have any GRE
tunnels on this router.
