it's a new way to manage linecard code. so that each linecard only=20
gets the code it needs. normal to see multiple Goodie Download processes

running. (if you notice none of them are taking CPU time, and have not=20
been executed more then once before it suspended itself)=20

Can anyone tell me what a Goodie download is?  I cannot find any
reference to this on CSCO's website.
