[nsp] cco brokeness/downloading IOS

If you grab your CCO http basic authentication string (www.ethereal.com 
works good), you can use wget to download the IOS image with the final
IOS Planner URL. This worked in the past as well, but the URLs were a lot 
longer.

wget -nc --header="Authorization: Basic fd8sfjdijfijsij3" http://ftp-sj.cisco.com/cisco/ios/.../image.bin
