Cisco does have IMA T1 modules for 36/26 type chassis.  Is this a
possibility?
if not you might want to look at Atran:

 Total Access 3000 Octal DS1 IMA Module

Total Access 3000 ATM Access Module
 
 
Other makers surely do offer some IMA type product.
