[nsp] Problems with a DSL ATM pvc

At present the staff is in a "It's not my network, it's your network"
with the telco over getting a dsl pvc
turned up. We have about 100 dsl customers on this router/circuit with
no problems at all.
Given it is a 1 line config for each customer, I cannot see how ~99 work
and one does not,
if it is a problem on our end. I am seeing cells out, but none in on
this pvc. We have just one ATM T-1,
over fiber from our NOC to CO. No other users reporting problems on this
circuit. I have:
1) Cleared the interface, 2) removed the pvc and then added it back in,
and 3) rebooted. All
these efforts have failed. User can sync with the DSLAM but I do not see
2 way cell flow; just
cells out from our router. Presently I am debugging the pvc and writing
this to syslog.

I would greatly appreciate some sage advice here, ie, other commands to
run or any other advice
y'all might have. This problem has been escalated to me and I am
gathering as much info before
I contact the ATM switch and DSLAM operator. Thanks so much !
