[nsp] uRPF stability on 6500's

I've been told that too.  I've also been told by cisco users that they 
experienced hard crashes on reaching the limit, and by the TAC engineer 
on my crash last night that "The crash might be due to the high number 
of CEF entries when uRPF is configured."
