[nsp] 7960 Ip Phone issue

Hello,

     Has anyone encountered an issue with Cisco 7960 IP phone where if you
try to change the RING TYPE, it will sometimes intermittently complain
about that feature not being active or available. But, if you wait a while
and hit the button a couple of times, it will show all the available
tones. The specs of my phone are:

    Does anyone know of a fix for this ?
