[nsp] vg200 call disconect

Hi there,
I have configured a cisco vg200, call manager and couple of cisco ip
phones.
The vg200 connects to a Nortel Meridian via FXO analog lines ( no
trunks ).
I got everything working fine except when I dial an ip phone and nobody
picks up, the phone keeps ringing even after I hang up.
I have done quite some reading and experimenting with features such as
"supervisory disconnect" and related commands and have gotten nowhere.
Anybody has any input in this...
Some sources say that this is a vg200 handycap ?!
Help will be greatly appreciated as always.
