[nsp] framrelay traffic stats

If you want to get flow statistics your best bet is probably to enable
netflow on your router and graph it with cflowd.  There are all kinds of
nice tools for graphing netflow data.

searching a tool (preferably opensource, freeware) to break down the
bandwith
utilization into more information, e.g. who uses what and how much of
that.
