[nsp] Cisco ICM & CRSP Specification

Hi,

Does anyone has any information about the CRSP specification on Cisco ICM?

It says CRSP is an open interface to SCP, but I couldn't find any ITU-T or
standard related document on CRSP. Does anyone know about the related
standards document? Any idea where I can find technical document related to
the CRSP specification for development to other NE interfaces?
