Hi,
has anyone of you seen that before?
Oct 21 15:38:52 switch 2002 Oct 21 15:38:52 MEST +02:00 %MCAST-2-IGMP_ADDRAL:IGMP: Address Aliasing for 01-00-5e-00-00-01
Oct 21 15:38:53 switch 2002 Oct 21 15:38:52 MEST +02:00 %MCAST-2-IGMP_FALLBACK:IGMP: Running in FALL BACK mode
Oct 21 15:43:55 switch 2002 Oct 21 15:43:56 MEST +02:00 %MCAST-2-IGMP_ADDRAL:IGMP: Address Aliasing for 01-00-5e-00-00-01
Oct 21 15:43:55 switch 2002 Oct 21 15:43:56 MEST +02:00 %MCAST-2-IGMP_FALLBACK:IGMP: Running in FALL BACK mode
Oct 21 15:48:58 switch 2002 Oct 21 15:48:59 MEST +02:00 %MCAST-2-IGMP_ADDRAL:IGMP: Address Aliasing for 01-00-5e-00-00-01
Oct 21 15:48:58 switch 2002 Oct 21 15:48:59 MEST +02:00 %MCAST-2-IGMP_FALLBACKPERM:IGMP: Changed to FALLBACK mode permanently
I did read the "Error Message Decoder" comment on it, yet I do not
fully understand what has been happening, and how to track this back to
its source.
The switch in question is running CatOS 5.5(13) and has run this without
anything unusual since over 250 days...
