[nsp] Dial out from router

Hi all,

             Is it possible to dial out from router to
any lan device which accept the incoming connection on
ethernet.If i use PPPoE in my Network and if i want
that my router should dial the NAS which support
PPPoE.
Basicaly i want to establish PPPoE session from
router.
Is it possiblle ???????
