[nsp] New prices

Looking through the April price list, I see that the new
Cat6500 supervisor is $28,000.  Note that it is NOT $27,995.

Several other prices on the revised list also end in a customer-
friendly string of zeros.  Does this mean that the marketing 
department has finally figured out that Cisco does not sell used cars?  

While it is a very small change, it's nice to see some common
sense creep into the system -- if only just a little bit.
