[nsp] Setting sync on PA-A3-T3

I have a 7206XVR with 2 PA-A3-T3's. One DS3 goes to the telco ATM cloud for
backhaul to our core router, the other DS3 goes to a DSLAM in the next bay. 
The telco DS3 has sync but I am not sure how to set the sync on the DSLAM
DS3, on the PA-A3-T3. The DSLAM is set to take sync from the line. I am not finding 
the commands to do this, on this PA. I have used them on other interfaces, just not finding 
them here. This router uses our Stratum 1 time source for NTP.
