Having never seen a SFP yet - can someone point me at a link describing
the differences?  Is it just form factor?  Or are there more
differences? Is it an industry standard, or Cisco proprietary?

Are all sorts of gbit links (SX/LX/ZX) available as SFP?

What kind of connectors are used?  SC doesn't seem to fit (from what I
can 
see on the pictures)?
