I sincerely hope that we will see 12.0(21)S* with those bugs fixed.
There is a reason why many ISPs don't use anything later than 12.0(21)S*
from the 12.0S train.

I have been told, very directly by our Cisco SE during a visit on 4/9/2003
there is no chance of the SNMP bug counter fix being integrated into
12.0(21)Sx series. We were told to wait for 12.0(25)S which is available
now. Aside from the counter bug, we are pretty happy with 12.0(21)S5 which
has fixed numerous MLPPP problems, and others.
Unfortunately, when testing 12.0(24.3)S1 we suffered several crashes which
TAC has been unable to diagnose the root cause. Am hoping that this
unidentified crashing did not make its way into 12.0(25)S.
Besides the potential for 12.0(25)S working well, we have no available IOS
code that does not have show-stopping bugs of one sort or another.
