Yes. 

Our edge 7200's have 256MB RAM and 3 BGP peers with full routes from each.

is feasible to configure two eBGP4 sessions (one peering and a one full 
route)  on a edge 7260VXR-NPE300 with 256MB of ram without compromise 
performance???
