flow-tools - http://www.splintered.net/sw/flow-tools/ - highly recommended.

cflowd - http://www.caida.org/tools/ - don't know much about it, my
sense is that it is not under active development and flow-tools is
easier to use and better supported.

Both of the above are open source.  The www.caida.org/tools page is
worth checking out for some of its other fun tools.
