[nsp] Cisco 826 vs Lucent DSLAMs

	Hi,

	I am finding a lot of problems when deploying the Cisco 826s for ADSL over 
ISDN lines where the telco-provided DSLAMs are Lucent (Stinger I think). The 
Cisco won't sync with the DSLAM and the green line LED will not come up.

	Anyone else ran into this? Thanks for any pointers/advice.
