[nsp] Security recommendations for access routers

I've evaluated and implemented Rob Thomas's excellent guide to border router security, (with Rob's excellent assistance) now I have a different question.  What configuration suggestions should be implemented for access routers (i.e. modem pools, DSL routers)?  Thanks in advance.
