This is because they've been EOS'd.  Once Cisco announced EOS/EOE/EOL on a
product, the price you can get for that product drops like a brick.  You
can use them, and they work fine, but keep in mind that the PA-CT3/4T1 is
a dual-wide card, so if you don't have 2  adjacent slots (1&2, 3&4,
or 5&6 on a 7206) slots open, it won't work.  Also be aware that those
cards don't work in VXR routers, so if you choose to upgrade to a VXR
later, you'll have to replace the CT3 card too.
