[nsp] 3750 and IPv6

I have heard the same thing from the MRV folks. You have to use a Cisco SFP
for Cisco boxes (we had to wait to get our Cisco SFPs for our 3750) -- you
can use a 1000BaseT->optical converter from MRV or similar box.
