It is true if you use the default per-destination load balancing. If you
use per-packet load balancing, a single TCP stream can use N x 1.5 Mbps
- but you also risk delivering some packets out of order, which may be a
problem in some cases.
We run per-packet load balancing on up to 4 E1s, and have had no customer
complaints so far.
