[nsp] if-con or attach for FlexWANs?

Is there an equivalent way to log in to a 6500 FlexWAN card, in the same
manner that one can if-con into a VIP2 or attach to a GSR linecard?
Want to monitor the CPU utilization/impact of adding ACLs to a PA in a
FlexWAN.
