You could use a passive tap device, instead of a Hub.  That would also
enable you to run the etherchannel full-duplex, 

On Copper, this is easy (just build a 3-way cable that will connect the
data wires of the channel to the RX wires of two ethernet plugs, one per
direction).

On Fibre, there are optical devices that do this for you - for some names,
see the previous discussion about tapping.
