[nsp] CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC question

Jim,
It may take some digging, but Cisco does make 15 foot
async octal cables. We had to do some beating on them to
admit the cable existed. I believe it's simply CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC-15.
I can check tomorrow when I'm in the office tho.
