It's been a while since I was in a position to look inside the
configs of Verio routers, but at one point I believe the filters
were constructed using the radb for bgp customers.  That might
have changed of course.

As you do bgp with Verio, try updating the radb to indicate your
customer might bgp-announce their routes to you and you might
bgp-announce them to Verio.

That might fix things.

Of course, you could also try asking Verio directly.  There's no
reason why they shouldn't help you.
