[nsp] IOS 12.2S - 1st announcement?

	I've been running 12.2S for ~3 days now on a 7200.

	using ipv6 cef, ipv4 cef, pa-mc-8t1 pa-fe and i/o-fe (rj45)
with no problems.

	(ospf, v6 rip, bgp, msdp, pim as well)
