#show int ser6/0:23
Serial6/0:23 is up, line protocol is up
   Hardware is DSX1

Telco says the D channel is up, but that the B channels aren't. They try
to force them into service and still I sit at:

#show isdn status
Global ISDN Switchtype = primary-ni
ISDN Serial6/0:23 interface
         dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-ni
     Layer 1 Status:
         ACTIVE
     Layer 2 Status:
         TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
         I_Queue_Len 0, UI_Queue_Len 0
         TEI = 0, Ces = 9, SAPI = 16, State = TEI_ASSIGNED
         I_Queue_Len 0, UI_Queue_Len 0
     Layer 3 Status:
         0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
     Active dsl 0 CCBs = 0
     The Free Channel Mask:  0x807FFFFF
     Number of L2 Discards = 0, L2 Session ID = 102
     Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0

This really smells like a telco problem, no? But what can I do to help
them find the problem? They have offered to bring over a Tbird but
apparently someone else has it in another city :(
