[nsp] routing of 224.0.0.0/24

Dear Colleagues,

According to http://www.iana.org/assignments/multicast-addresses
the 224.0.0.0/24 block is not routable.
Why do I see it in the Multicast Routing Table ?

Does it mean that these datagrams are being forwarded though they
should not?  Thanks a lot for any input.
