[nsp] Manage traffic

Hi all,

I have a router with 4 E1's, to same point. In this moment I have
Traffic Balance with (ip load-sharing per-packet), with this
configuration I have same percentaje traffic between 4 E1.

Someone know the configuration needed to use first E1 have 85% used and
send traffic to second E1 have 85% used and send traffic to third E1
through fourth E1?
