Does anyone know if this security advisory affects IOS 12.0?

http://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/412115  Otherwise known as Etherleak.

According to cert's page, Cisco says 12.1 and 12.2 is not affected but I
can't find any info on Cisco's site.  I am more concerned about 12.0.

Am I just not finding it at cisco site?  I have to admit, I have a hard time
finding things at cisco since they changed everything around.
