[nsp] 12.2.S PA-FE media-type MMI not supported

I upgraded/down graded to 12.2S and found that two port PA-FE

does not work with an ATI FO tranciver  connected. This worked

with 12.0.22S.

Is there and work around? Hardware Board upgrade?,  firmware download?,

bootflash upgrade, or a no cost swap to a 2 port card that works.

This release also has no ipv6 multicast support or ipv6 OSPF support.
