[nsp] 12.2.S PA-FE media-type MMI not supported

I noticed that the title 12.2.S PA-FE media-type MMI not supported

is wrong. The title should be PA-2FE does not work with an ATI FO tranciver

connected under 12.2.S. I though the problem I had was with another PA.
