[nsp] Possible invalid Environment Alarms in IOS 12.0.22(S1)

It seems like 12.0.22 S* version has some problem.
Isn't it - 12.0.22(S1) - deffered by Cisco?

If I were you, I will try to load different IOS.
With replacement of whole chassis, that will cause some issue.
We had same recommendation with different issue.
It turned out that there was software bug issue regarding virtual-template.
We are waiting for bug-fixed release at this moment.
