This is a bug.. I think many of us now have tickets open with the vendor.. I have been getting env's from the origination of 12.0.x-s-st..

Just took a little longer for the bugs to pop up this time
:)-good-luck getting them fixed.

regards

This sounds like the Bug I have run into on our GSRs. I know you say
you have been running into these issues on 7513s.

Release Notes

A Cisco 12016 router with Standard AC-Input Power Subsystem
containing three (3) power supplies may display the following
symptoms:

1. The output of "show environment power" may show a voltage and
current reading for PEM4 even though there is no forth power supply.

2. ENV_MON-2-VOLTAGE messages may be seen indicating an abnormal
voltage reading.

This is a cosmetic problem.

There currently is no workaround.

Release Notes

The new style 7513 power supply (Cisco 34-0837-01) reports the
wattage as 0.
Old style (Cisco 34-0667-01) reports it properly.

There is no known work around and follow the bug information for fix.

It seems like 12.0.22 S* version has some problem.
Isn't it - 12.0.22(S1) - deffered by Cisco?

If I were you, I will try to load different IOS.
With replacement of whole chassis, that will cause some issue.
We had same recommendation with different issue.
It turned out that there was software bug issue regarding
virtual-template.
We are waiting for bug-fixed release at this moment.
