Incase anyone from cisco is watching that cares about ip
telephony, here's my personal wishlist:
1) 7960-like phone with a Backlit display.
(although i do hear there is a color phone coming out?)
2) pptp and other vpn client ability for firewall/nat
traversal.
3) Ability to drop one person when doing 3-way calling.
