I am trying to do this:

We can currently direct an extension to a pots line from the avaya.

What I need to know is:
What "parts" do I need?
	The Cisco web site is great if you have a 9 figure budget to start 
with but I am working on the cheap :) and I want to keep things simple.
Will this "work" for a single line extension?

What am I obviously missing?
