It's certainly an improvement over cutting-and-pasting, assuming
there's an FTP or other appropriate server handy.  But you still
have a bit of manual work to do - renaming the ACL if you tested
it under a different name first, applying it to multiple interfaces
if the same ACL is used more than once, and other minor nits that
aclmaker takes care of for you.
