[nsp] Cat 3550 to FX single mode converters

Hello all,

Any suggestions for linking Catalyst 3550, from the TX ports to single mode
FX fibres since there is no 3550 with 12/24 FX singlemode interfaces. I'm
looking for a shelf that will either have 12/24 ports built-in or an option
to add the converters as we provision them. Would prefer a shelf that can be
managed (SNMP/telnet/console/SSH).
