	I've talked to the bug toolkit developers.  They
don't use the popup and bookmark it themselves.

	It's more of a corporate website spin thing.

	every "tool" developer has to make it look the same.

	That's fine and all but quit adding extra windows i
don't need wasting my screen real estate.
