[nsp] Vlan tag of VTP traffic

Hello,
I've got this situation
Cat3550--->RAD_ACE_E3_Converter--->RAD_ACE_E3_Converter---->Cat3550
Catalyst on the site A is VTP server and Catalyst on site B is VTP client
RAD devices are only passing through the traffic that is VLAN tagged.
The problem is that the VTP traffic doesn't pass through the RAD devices
because according to RAD specialists it is not VLAN tagged.
It should have Eth type 81 00.
So I wonder if there is any way to configure catalyst that it will tag the
VTP traffic, or on wich VLAN is VTP traffic sent by default ??
