[nsp] Vlan tag of VTP traffic

I've got Catalysts 3550 with
 IOS (tm) C3550 Software (C3550-I9Q3L2-M), Version 12.1(8)EA1c, RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc1)

and Catalyst 2950 with
IOS (tm) C2950 Software (C2950-I6Q4L2-M), Version 12.1(9)EA1, RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc1)
