IOS 12.2(14), actually 12.2(14.3), is referenced in Bug toolkit
as a solution for some bugs (for example in CSCdz51138), but it
is nowhere to be found. Also 12.2(14)S has "New Features" page on:

but it is also unavailable.

Are there any official or "official" information about them?
